Ground Breaking for China Energy Conservation Research Center

On December 27, the groundbreaking ceremony of the project of "China Energy Conservation Research Center" was held in the industrialized building manufacturing base of Keqiao Baoye.

China Energy Conservation Research Center is a project invested and built in Keqiao, Shaoxing by Baoye Group in cooperation with China-US Green Energy Conservation Fund and China Building Energy Conservation Association. It aims to enhance the construction of China's building energy efficiency technology system, standard system and evaluation system, and strive to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the high-quality development of building energy efficiency work.

China Energy Conservation Research Center is a project invested by Baoye Group in cooperation with China-US Green Energy Conservation Fund and China Building Energy Conservation Association in Keqiao, Shaoxing, aiming to enhance the construction of China's building energy efficiency technology system, standard system and evaluation system, and strive to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the industry and the high-quality development of building energy efficiency work. The overall design starts with a 35m radius circular courtyard at the core of the site, around which the main building is arranged. The main building volumes are connected by a three-story irregular ring-shaped podium volume. The first floor of the building is broken up into small-scale volumes to form an open and continuous inner courtyard alleyway space. The circular podium form is placed on top of the first floor small-scale volume, and the main building grows up on top of the podium to form a complete and varied architectural form, which is highly iconic.
