LYCS Architecture the main structure of the headquarters campus "The Giant Whales" for the listed group "300766" is nearing completion after 2 years of intense construction. It is expected to be completed and put into use in 2022.
Located in the Unicorn Industrial Park in the southern part of Hangzhou's Cloud Valley unit, the "Personal Garden" has a total construction area of 85,000 square meters. The unique site and flat topography bring rich landscape resources, with park landscape to the north, protective green space to the southeast, and square mountain landscape to the northwest, the building layout makes full use of the excellent visual environment to create a visual corridor in the central space.

The design of the Park is to break the conventional equation of "2-1=1" in terms of site and architecture. It also adds a touch of beauty to the urban renewal and becomes a new benchmark of Hangzhou Unicorn Headquarters.
