Its transformation into a comprehensive park integrating corporate headquarters, small office support, long term rental apartments, commercial and public objectives. With the rapid development of urbanization and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the traditional industry is gradually withdrawing from the historical stage, and the traditional industrial buildings depicting the memories of several generations of working people are constantly "passively" disappearing. The design uses modern design methods and building materials to awaken the abandoned industrial buildings, and to keep the memory space of the industrial heritage and the heavy historical culture, in order to have a new role in the modern city. The design preserves the architectural structure of industrial remains, part of the building roof has original semi-arched materials with period architectural elements are preserved, and the old and new materials produce inter-temporal voids on the same building architecture. The combination of white exposed frames and old red bricks in specific locations in the interior, and the appropriate choice of materials, dissolves the dull air of the office. The design incorporates a large number of fine spaces and finely scattered elements and structures within. At the same time, the old and new materials are introduced and brought to life to experience history and inspire rebirth.
