The design uses modern design methods and building materials to awaken the abandoned industrial buildings, in order to have a new role in the modern city while constantly having the memory space of industrial remains and a thick historical culture. The design retains the architectural structure of industrial remains, part of the building roof has original semi-arched materials with period architectural elements are retained, and the old and new materials produce inter-temporal voids on the same building architecture. The combination of white exposed frames and old red bricks in specific locations in the interior, and the appropriate choice of materials, dissolves the dull air of the office. The design incorporates a large number of fine spaces and finely scattered elements and structures within. At the same time, the old and new materials are introduced and brought to life to experience history and inspire rebirth.
