Auto Superman is the new headquarters building of the listed company Zhejiang Jingu Group, located in the Silicon Valley Town in Fuyang District, Hangzhou, with a construction area of nearly 100,000 square meters. The building is located in a triangular base, with a landscape green park and water system on the northwest side. The overall planning and design is in full dialogue with the surrounding urban texture, introducing the water system of the water street on the west side and the park on the northwest side into the site, thus linking the large and small courtyards to form an open and interesting multi-level first floor space. The overall design of the building extracts the three characteristics of "pioneer, enlightenment and dynamic" of Jingu Group and incorporates them into the building form. The main building on the south side has a dynamic and upright form, which is highly iconic, while the podium is elegant and extended, as if it is in dialogue with the park. The functional layout weaves the functional blocks together through connecting corridors, and creates excellent rooftop terrace space through layers of retreats, which is open to the park.
