FRAME | New proposition of Office Space Construction

When the company is no longer the only workplace, the meaning and mode of existence of office space is worthy of deep consideration. How to maximize the effectiveness of office space and create a win-win-win experience and value for companies, employees and customers is the test that companies and space designers face together today.

Frame shares the Kano.cn headquarters designed by LYCS Architecture. Along with the development of new media models such as Internet, live streaming and short video, a new type of office based tour office has emerged.

How to demonstrate Kano.cn's ability to integrate the whole industry chain from design and development to manufacturing, and to provide a high-quality yet inspiring working environment for the company's employees? The design team believes that this time the design is not a house, but an interesting lifestyle. The study of users' real needs is the starting point of the design, and visiting and working are the core needs extracted by the two designers. Therefore, "Promenade Workplace" became the design strategy - combining the circular movement of the Guggenheim Museum in New York and the sunny atrium of the HSBC Building in Hong Kong. The office area is arranged around a six-storey atrium with a six-storey high super-scale revolving staircase in the center of the atrium, which is like a huge stage, passing through reception, meeting, sales, design, R&D, training, showroom, and the president's office in turn, as if an extended profile, showing clearly how the whole headquarters works.
