KINCANG Egrets Waves Residence, designed by LYCS Architecture, is under construction. At present, the high-rise residential area has been completed, and the stacked villa area is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
The project covers an area of 257,000 square meters. The soaring egrets on the water around the site inspire the design. It extracts the dynamic curve elements of vitality from the symbolic form, thus developing a complete form and facade system. With champagne gold aluminum panels with light, panoramic glass, the view of the landscape is infinitely expanded, the elegant stretch of the curve of the cornices in response to nature while creating a full of beauty and tension of the architectural mood.
