Located in the eastern part of the Science and Innovation Corridor in the west of Hangzhou, the project has a floor area of about 87,000 square meters, including R&D, offices, conferences, exhibition halls, recreation and other functional configurations, and can accommodate up to 5,000 people to work and live at the same time. The shape of the building rises high like a whale out of the water, and the three-dimensional landscape at the bottom is like a tidal wave that brings the view to the sky, with undulating curves that bring an optimistic atmosphere to the place.
Modern Decoration, established in 1985 with the approval of China’s National Press and Publication Administration and the State Science and Technology Commission, is a leading professional journal in architecture, interior design, and decoration. As one of the industry’s most influential publications, it has been officially selected to represent China at major international book fairs, including those in the United States and Tokyo.
