Located near the East Lake Scenic Area in Pinghu, Jiaxing, he project aims to create a vibrant and engaging cultural landmark for Pinghu City, serving as a joyful haven where children can explore and grow.
The design embraces the concept of a "playful pinwheel" to symbolize the beautiful vision of "gathering and blending." Its freely flowing form outlines an open, carpet-like architectural layout. At the same time, the design creates a vibrant plaza space that integrates with the landscape, offering citizens a diverse and ecological green experience—all while fulfilling functional needs.
