Quzhou High-speed Railway New Town First School, designed by LYCS Architecture, is currently under construction with great enthusiasm. Presently, the main structure of the campus buildings has been topped off. With a total floor area of approximately 67,500 square meters, this comprehensive school project will accommodate 36 primary school classes and 18 middle school classes in the future.
The traditional campus typically consists of squares, courtyards, and roads, but these elements are often distinct. However, this project innovatively introduces the concept of "streets." A winding and well-designed main street vividly and naturally connects various functional areas of the campus, transforming the campus space from singular to composite. This approach constructs a complete and diverse campus life system.
