Recently, the project Quzhou Kecheng Jiaogong Kindergarten （Qianjiashan）, designed by LYCS Architecture, has been awarded an Honorable Mention in the Architectural Design category of the 2024 Design Education Awards (DtEA).
The Design That Educates Awards (DtEA) were established by the Laka Foundation in 2018 to evaluate the educational potential of architecture and design. The DtEA has consistently focused on the education and development of architects, working together to create infinite possibilities in architectural design. The theme of the awards, "Communication of already existing solutions and features," is inspired by Dr. Peter Kuczia's research on "Bildende Bauten" (Educational Buildings).
