Assistant Architect

As an Assistant Designer at LYCS Architecture, you will work as part of a project team and be involved in the full design process of a project under the direction of the Design Director or Lead Designer. You will have the opportunity to participate in the full design process of a project under the direction of the Lead Designer or Design Director and gain experience in the full design to build process. Your work will include but not limited to: schematic design work, preliminary design work, construction drawings with design work, construction phase field service work, specific design work details are as follows:

1. Design bidding and conceptual design stage: brainstorming, collection of reference cases, drawing and coloring of floor plans, modeling extrapolation, rendering drawing, and presentation text compilation.
2. Schematic design stage: pushing design through modeling, effect drawing, deepening and drawing of technical drawings, arrangement of reporting text, etc.
3. Preliminary design phase: study and deepen the design by modeling push and technical drawing deepening.
4. Construction drawings with the stage: with the construction drawings design unit to deepen the design, check and proofread the construction drawings design results.
5. On-site service during the construction phase: on-site or regular inspection of the project site to solve design problems on site and check the effect of the design on the ground.
   

We need you to meet the following requirements:

1. Majoring in architecture, bachelor degree or above; 985, 211 or with foreign study background is preferred;
2. 1 year and above relevant work experience;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork and communication skills, able to work with a fast pace;
4. Strong ability to learn quickly and execute efficiently;
5. Excellent architectural aesthetic and stylistic skills, as well as corresponding architectural theoretical literacy, and good architectural presentation and expression skills;
