Business Development Assistant

Job Description

As a Commercial Assistant at LYCS Architecture, you will work as a member of the Commercial Operations team, under the direction of the Director of Operations and Partners. You will collaborate with team members to drive commercial efforts and growth. Your growth opportunities will come primarily from the following areas of work:

  1. Responsible for the work related to the collection, collation and analysis of pre-project information;
  2. Responsible for the production of tender documents, proposal drafting, contract signing and request for payment and other related business documents;
  3. Responsible for project data registration, summarizing and organizing related work, providing relevant data support for the director and finance department;
  4. Assist in handling the completion of the Operations Director and other departments in the execution of general affairs;
Job Requirements

We need you to meet the following requirements:

  1. 2+ years of relevant business experience;
  2. Familiarity with architectural or interior design business processes, previous experience in writing contracts and related work preferred;
  3. Clearly organized, with excellent planning, organizational, communication and coordination skills;
  4. Be attentive, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good stress tolerance, and be able to complete relevant work in a timely manner and at the appropriate time point.
