Exhibition Designer for Construction Documents

As a construction designer in the exhibition direction of LYCS Architecture, you will be the technical leader of the construction drawing and implementation phase, leading a team of up to 3 designers and participating in the completion of the project's mid- and late-stage deepening design and implementation work. Your work is mainly divided into two aspects: design management and project management, as follows:

Design work:

Assist the lead designer to play a central role in the deepening design and implementation process of the project you are responsible for, with the goal of achieving the owner's needs and long-term value, advancing the design work, and completing design results with a certain degree of innovation, you will be responsible for the following matters:

1. Complete the construction drawings for the decoration of the display space according to the design plan, and be responsible for the completeness, accuracy and implementability of the drawings;
2. Assisting the lead designer to ensure the implementability of the construction drawings and the high degree of reproduction of the landing results;
3. Docking with designers of plumbing, HVAC, intelligent, fire protection and other related professions to coordinate and solve technical problems in the design and construction process.
4. Assist the lead designer to control the construction process and material use to ensure the implementation effect on the ground

Project Management:

1. Develops and advances a sound construction drawing phase work plan based on project requirements;
2. Complete project drawing deepening, drawing delivery and on-site services during the construction phase.

We need you to meet the following requirements: ‍

1. Background in interior design, environmental art or related disciplines, with a college degree or above;
2. 3 years or more experience in construction drawings, able to independently complete the construction drawings of the project, with large design institute work experience or design management experience is preferred;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork and communication skills, able to work with a fast pace;
4. Familiar with the production process of construction drawings, able to control the scale of different spaces, familiar with ergonomics and common material processes, with site experience preferred;
5. Preference given to those with a full passion for the exhibition industry;
