Marketing Director

As the Marketing Director of LYCS Architecture, you will lead the team in the role of marketing team leader to complete the company's market development work, your direct report to the Chairman of the Board, your work mainly includes the following areas:

1. To be fully responsible for the company's market development and market PR work, and to establish and manage the corresponding marketing team;
2. Develop new government and corporate customers, establish good relationships and work with commercial and business departments to achieve customer cooperation, with priority given to those with certain industry and customer resources;
3. Assisting in establishing market positioning, forming market strategies and executing the corresponding plans;
4. Responsible for important external marketing activities of the company.

We expect you to have the following requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or architecture related field;
2. 5+ years of working experience in marketing, development and PR, with certain business negotiation skills. More than 1 year of experience as a marketing department head is preferred;
3. Understanding of architecture and interior design and its related industries, with an in-depth understanding of the industry chain of the design-related construction and pan-property industries;
4. Good image quality, good verbal and written skills, market development skills and public relations skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability and keen observation ability, strong team management and collaboration ability.
