Marketing Communications Manager

Job Description

As the Marketing Communications Manager for LYCS Architecture, you will work as a member of the marketing team, collaborating with other team members to advance marketing and PR efforts, and your work will consist of the following areas:

  1. Responsible for the implementation of specific market development strategies and market PR efforts;
  2.  Establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships with new and existing customers such as government and enterprises;
  3. To obtain and master the dynamics and key information of important projects and cooperate with commercial and business departments to achieve customer cooperation;
  4. Responsible for the reception and public relations of important external activities of the company;
Job Requirements

We expect you to have the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or architecture related field;
  2. At least 2-3 years of work experience in PR/Marketing with some business negotiation skills;
  3. Understanding of the architecture and interior design, construction or pan-property industry;
  4. Good image quality, good verbal and written skills, market development skills and public relations skills;
  5. A strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability and keen observation skills;
