The project takes the entrance and exit of Baoye Construction Group on the north side as the axis to divide the site into two partitions: three high-rise buildings on the west side and one multi-story building on the east side. The overall planning is oriented to urban image, community and ecological sense. The buildings are arranged close to the outside of the base, with three high-rise buildings and one multi-story building forming two groups. The western group is enclosed into an R&D office park with a sense of community; the eastern group is a multi-story building, which focuses on portraying the landmark of the city to enhance the urban image of the city intersection.
