Located in Zhuji, Shaoxing, KINCANG Egrets Waves 2.0 residential area is another high-end residential masterpiece of the White Heron series by LYCS Architecture after Egrets Waves and Egrets Waves 3.0. The design adheres to the concept of "bringing nature into life", takes the "urban foresty aesthetics" as the starting point, integrates the three core concepts of "nature, resort, and light luxury", and synchronizes the "modernism" style with the "modernism" style. The eaves are beveled at an angle of about 36.1°, which makes the large eaves fit better with the landscape texture of the environment, and are naturally and subtly integrated into the design, which also becomes the most "intuitive" architectural The eaves are naturally and subtly integrated into the design, and also become the most "intuitive" architectural sense of Egrets Waves 2.0.
At the planning level, the project is divided into two areas: high-rise and low-density. Planning and design maximize the spacing between buildings and the depth of landscape in the high-rise area, and the daylight of the residence is greatly enhanced. Meanwhile, the high-rise area creates a new urban interface with the iconic flying heron façade. The polished and upgraded KINCANG curve elements bring the residential area of Egrets Waves 2.0 into a new aesthetic era. The innovative three-dimensional projecting eaves and the curved façade created by custom-made double curved aluminum panels and super-scale giant curtain glass are LYCS Architecture's reinterpretation of traditional residential architectural aesthetics, making the Egrets Waves 2.0 residential area more in line with modern aesthetics.
In the low-density area of the residential area, the new four-story villa product significantly reduces the landing area of the residence, which in turn effectively enlarges the spatial scale of the courtyard and creates a sense of privacy. The extensive use of glass walls weakens the boundary between inside and outside, introducing the scenery into the residence and making people feel like they are in the middle of the forest inside the house. At the same time, the light building form effectively reduces the building volume so that you can feel the unique charm of the architectural design every time you walk in it.
