As a ten-year work of KINCANG Xianghu, the project uniquely creates architecture and gardens. Based on the feature of the plot being surrounded by two Waters, the design introduces a landscape spine of about 200 meters to form a central landscape garden of 10,000 square meters, and the architectural design combines 3D curves, curved glass, champagne gold aluminum panels and other design languages to create a comfortable and pleasant high-quality living area.
The project is on a green peninsula with a waterfront on two sides, a superior natural landscape, and open views. The project uses the magnified landscape resources from both planning and architecture levels. The building layout spacing is enlarged, with an average spacing of 60 meters and a maximum spacing of 78 meters. The building density is only 15%, so 85% of the area is preserved with a green courtyard landscape. The indoor view is extremely open, overlooking the garden and the water view from afar. The building façade wraps the building with horizontal metal lines to create round and soft corners of the house, greatly increasing the indoor view to 270 degrees. The building's extensive use of floor-to-ceiling glass provides excellent views and light conditions. In addition, the project features a 1,700-square-meter borderless star pool for a resort-like experience at home.
