The Quzhou High-speed Railway New Town Area Cultural Arts Hall is located in the Kecheng District of Quzhou, with an area of 6,630 square meters. The project is located between the ecological corridor of the Liuyi River, which has a good green space and a river landscape. It can look at the sports park by crossing the residential area to the east. After completing the project, it will become a landmark cultural complex covering public cultural facilities such as the library, theater, exhibition hall, literature and art teaching and training.
The design not only demonstrates the harmonious symbiosis between nature and architecture, but also adds the possibility of more activity scenarios. The design team utilized the "Valley of Jade" as the design concept, integrating the park with the site, and integrating the natural environment as a whole. The shape of the building is inspired by the natural curves of the river, and through the skillful handling of the terrain, it creates an undulating and varied experience of the place. As if it were a valley of jade formed by flowing water washing over a river valley, a valley floor is formed in the site with the meaning of convergence, making the site a gathering place for urban vitality. In the convergence site at the bottom of the valley, various cultural, entertainment and social activities can be held, providing a vibrant and creative leisure space for the public.
