Campus Student Residence in Hong Kong is a revolutionary change of hotel-style apartments launched by LYCS ArchitectureArchitects to solve the problem of renting apartments for urban youth groups. As Hong Kong is a small place with a large population, renting an apartment has always been a big problem for young people. In order to meet this challenge, the designers have revamped the entire apartment, Campus Student Residence is located in the Tsuen Wan district of Hong Kong, close to the Ting Kau section of Castle Peak Road in the north and Tsuen Wan Bay in the south, with a sea view from the apartment, which is a very advantageous location. With 48 Campus apartments spread across three lower floors of the 12-storey hotel, the design provides a communal room where young people can gather to chat, make friends, watch games and play games, as well as a gym, a beachfront swimming pool, a terrace and a café.
