The 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Awards (China) recently held its annual awards ceremony online and LYCS Architecture won the Gold Award in the Development category for Luxury Residential Project of the Year (China) and was the only winner in this category!
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the gold standard in the Asia Pacific real estate industry, is owned by the NYSE-listed PropertyGuru Group. 2022 marks the 17th year of the awards series, which has so far covered 12 major real estate markets in Asia Pacific. With a reputation for integrity, fairness and transparency, the awards are only given to the best real estate companies and design and development projects in the region.
