KINCANGLocated in Keyan Scenic Spot of Shaoxing, with mountains and water, the Business School is a renovation project for Shaoxing's local real estate group KINCANG, with corporate training as its main function. The design of the façade renovation retains the original white walls and black tiles on the basis of maintaining the harmonization with the surrounding architectural styles. The design of the façade pursues a minimalist refinement and sense of order, with large floor-to-ceiling windows combined with perforated panels, which on the one hand introduces the outdoor landscape into the interior as a real frame and maximizes the integration of indoor and outdoor spaces; on the other hand, the perforated panels are designed to maintain a sense of order on the façade even when the windows are open. The design of the interior courtyard is based on the concept of "Four Waters Returning to the Hall", and the roofs on all four sides are in the form of slopes and the slopes slope towards the courtyard. When it rains, the rainwater drips down from the eaves to the ground to form a confluence pattern, which also carries the traditional Chinese culture of "unity of heaven and mankind" and the good wishes of the Group's internal staff to be united as one. The design strategy of the indoor space adopts the Chinese garden design technique of "moving step by step". By opening up the internal partitions, the dynamic flow of the internal space is interspersed with the volumes of the buildings, the functional spaces are inserted, and the aisle spaces are connected, so that every corner can perceive different natural landscapes outside.
