Recently, the China Association of Building Energy Efficiency (CABEE) released a public announcement of the second batch of Zero Carbon Building Assessment Projects for 2025. The evaluation was conducted based on the Technical Standard for Zero Carbon Buildings (approval draft), the Standard for Building Carbon Emission Calculation (GB/T 51366-2019), the Zero Carbon Building Evaluation Standard (Trial) (T/CABEE 080-2024), and the Administrative Measures for Zero Carbon Building Evaluation issued by CABEE.

Among the projects listed in this announcement, Baoye Future Home, designed by LYCS Architecture, has become the first zero-carbon residential building project in China to receive a Design Label.
