Recently, "Stacking of Waves" MRDT Office Industrial Park, designed by LYCS Architecture's integrated architecture and interior design, The curtain wall installation is currently underway. The project is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang. It covers an area of 24,000 square meters and is an office complex that covers functions such as corporate headquarters, business supporting facilities, entrepreneurial services, and corporate living rooms.
To accommodate diverse office needs, the design adopts a combination of multi-story and high-rise standalone buildings. The towers are broken into lighter volumes, each tailored to its function.Inspired by ocean waves, the facade brings a sense of motion, while the “windows” frame views of the city’s future—shaping a window to the urban horizon.
