Located in Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, MRDT Office Industrial Park is an office industrial park jointly built by Merit Interactive (Getui) and Taichang Group Co., LTD., aiming to become a new highland for innovation and entrepreneurship in Wenzhou. The park site is adjacent to the main traffic road and river, with convenient transportation and beautiful scenery. Daily Motion Tai Park is an office complex covering the functions of corporate headquarters, business support, entrepreneurial services and corporate living room. To carry multiple types of office functions, the design adopts two types of office buildings, multi-story and high-rise, in the planning.
In the design strategy of the tall building, the designer split the building volume to make it lighter while ensuring that each square body falls and is sized to meet its corresponding function. This box-stacked form creates a multi-layered and rich rooftop garden and fits the project's vision of "all people picking up firewood." The façade form uses waves as an important element of the façade, giving each box a sense of motion. At the same time, through the "window" of the box, it looks into the development and future of the city, creating a window of the city.
