"Vertical Factory" Green Pearl Innovation Center. Located in the heart of Zijingang Science and Technology City in Xihu District, Hangzhou, the project is surrounded by numerous listed companies and high-quality enterprises. Just 500 meters to the south lies Zhejiang University’s Zijingang Campus, contributing to the area's strong innovation and industrial atmosphere.
The park consists of two main buildings with 14 floors (73.8 meters) and six standalone buildings with 4 floors (23.2 meters). The high-rise main building is located on the site's east side, accommodating offices and research and development functions. It is adjacent to the main road and has a pedestrian plaza open to the city.
The architecture conveys a rational, restrained industrial character, with glass curtain walls framed by silver-gray aluminum and braced by metal members to create a clear, orderly expression. The staggered rooftop terraces echo the recessed entrances, while vivid colors applied to metal grilles and external staircases establish a unified yet dynamic facade language. The grilles cleverly conceal mechanical systems on each floor without compromising natural ventilation or lighting. A bright yellow "trumpet" canopy marks the main entrance, adding a playful and vibrant touch to the clean, modern industrial campus.
