Mulinsen Textile Headquarters Tops Out

Recently, the "Waterside Workplace" Mulinsen Textile Headquarters has completed the removal of scaffolding and protective nets for its main structure, revealing the overall structural frame. Located in Keqiao District, Shaoxing, the project integrates diverse functions including offices, exhibition spaces, dining facilities, and an auditorium, aiming to create a comprehensive headquarters building that combines corporate brand representation with an efficient working environment.

The architectural design responds thoughtfully to the site's conditions, employing a glass curtain wall system with horizontal and vertical aluminum fins to engage both the urban frontage and the riverside view. Strategies such as vertical green atria and segmented facade rhythms enhance the building's urban presence while creating a layered and approachable office environment that supports comfort and interaction.
