The headquarters building of Shuimulinsen is located in Keqiao, Shaoxing. The project's north side is adjacent to the city expressway Konan Avenue, and the south face the scenic Yongjin Hengjiang River. The project contains an office, restaurant, exhibition hall, lecture hall and other composite functions. The project aims to create a headquarters building with an iconic and good office environment by combining the office work mode of MLS.
The building façade adopts the curtain wall practice of horizontal and vertical aluminum lines, catering to the landscape along the road and the river. On the north side of the façade along the street, the building fills the Interface along the road. The vertical aluminum lines are partially changed to show the letters of MLS at different angles to enhance the building’s signification. At the same time, to reduce the pressure of the building on the road, the façade is broken into three parts to reduce the scale of the building. Two vertical green atriums with terraces are also incorporated to bring rhythm to the façade and create a space for standing and breathing inside. The public areas of the interior layout are arranged around these two spaces. The south façade uses the same design technique to form a soft curve on the façade, and together with the Yongjin cross river to the south, it reflects the landscape intention.
