The Curtain Wall Installation of Neighborhood Center for the Baijiafang Community is in Progress

The curtain wall installation at the "Alleys by Hill and Water" Neighborhood Center for the Baijiafang Community is currently underway. Construction is progressing steadily, with several sample sections already completed. Located at the center of the Baijiafang Future Community within Quzhou Smart New City, the project has a total construction area of 59,850 square meters and integrates functions including commercial, office, hotel, talent apartments, and a neighborhood center.

The plan adopts the concept of "mountain, water, and square", combining the original architectural style of Baijiafang and the unique landscape conditions of the site. In terms of architectural form, the main building is a mountain, the podium is a square, and the east-west water system passes through it, forming a spatial form of "mountain, water, and square," providing residents around Baijiafang with a memorable and sense of belonging neighborhood space.
