Bajiafang Community Commercial Neighborhood Center is located in Quzhou Wisdom New City. It is the center of Bajiafang's future community block. The total construction area of 59,850 square meters includes commercial, office, hotel, talent apartment and neighborhood center functions. This multi-functional comprehensive building is based on the concept of "green ecology," using natural topography and traditional cultural elements to integrate the architectural form of Shanshuifang into the whole city, creating a natural and harmonious atmosphere.
The program is guided by the design concept of "mountain, water, workshop", and relies on the original architectural style of Hundred Square and the unique landscape conditions of the site. In terms of building form, large volumes are matched with small volumes, with the main building as a mountain, the podium as a workshop, and the water system running east-west, forming the space form of "mountain and workshop". The small volume buildings at the bottom of the building create a neighborhood-style business with multiple open spaces that are close to the human scale. The large, full-size building on top carries hotel and office functions, realizing efficient operation. This planning layout will effectively attract the surrounding residents into the commercial neighborhood center and the surrounding waterfront space. The landing of this concept can provide residents around Hundred Square with a neighborhood space with memory and sense of belonging, which enhances the commercial vitality of the surrounding community.
