West Valley 2, located in Hangzhou, the gathering place of China's e-commerce industry, is a headquarters group tailored by LYCS Architecture for nine leading enterprises in the e-commerce industry. The project covers an area of approximately 51.5 acres and has a total construction area of about 125,000 square meters. Recently, the project officially began construction at the end of June.
The West Valley Ⅱ E-commerce Industrial Park project is planned to have nine buildings above ground, including four high-rise headquarters buildings, four multi-story headquarters buildings, and one high-rise support services building. The main design challenge for this project was to accommodate nine separate e-commerce headquarters in a single park. The planning and design utilizes the division of independent blocks, and through the public space formed by two large courtyards and sunken courtyards, it creates a college-like campus, forming centripetalism.
