"Wisdom Valley" — the ZENGCAI Manufacturing Industrial Park designed by LYCS Architecture — has officially broken ground and entered the construction phase.As Zhejiang Province's first dual-level "Industry 4.0 + Industrial Skyscraper 3.0" project, it represents a cutting-edge paradigm for the new generation of industrial parks and showcases the seamless integration of future-oriented industrial architecture with the ecological environment.
The project is Located in the "Vision Valley Window" Park of Hangzhou's Xianghu Future Industrial Community, the project covers a total building area of 119,982 square meters. The layout divides the area into a north-south orientation, with a landmark high-rise tower primarily for intelligent production and R&D and a podium factory focused on smart manufacturing and production. Alongside the adjacent IoT Industrial Park to the west, it forms an industrial complex integrating research and development, pilot testing, medium-scale testing, and industrialization spaces.
