The private residence "Ripples on the Shore" was designed by LYCS Architecture with integrated architecture, interior and soft furnishings. The project has a floor area of 1260 square meters and a 900 square meter courtyard. Green space, sunlight and elegant white curves create a bright and natural modern living atmosphere. Ripples on the shore presents an ecological, light and comfortable lifestyle, breaking the stereotype of "luxury" and heavy villa products. The design of the stacked rows is based on the simple, pure white color and continues the design language of "curve." The design pays attention to the quality of the residences after removing the complexity and keeping it simple and discards the superficial glamour and beauty. Each house's transparent floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious terrace design combine internal and external space and bring people close to nature.
"Ripples on the Shore" is part of the KINCANG Egrets Waves Residences in Shaoxing, which was also designed by LYCS Architecture. The design continues Egrets Waves's thinking of fully integrating the city's historical heritage and natural ecology, with the general principle of natural infiltration and flowing softness, pushing the design concept to the extreme from two dimensions of modernity and ecology respectively.
The building plan revolves around a private south-facing green space, where the living room, dining room, western kitchen and Chinese kitchen are continuous with each other to form a whole flowing space. The continuous floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings the greenery of the courtyard into the interior, completely infiltrating the living space with nature and allowing all spaces to enjoy natural light and air circulation.
Children running recklessly in nature, the master chatting with the elders cooking in the kitchen on one side, enjoying the scenery on the other, children playing in the location within sight, epidemic situation this kind of living experience in nature living experience is particularly rare.
The building has a carefully arranged spatial design, with the second and third floors divided into private spaces such as children's rooms and master and secondary bedrooms. These bedrooms are arranged around a raised space in the living room, creating a sense of flow between private and public areas, while maintaining a degree of privacy.
Looking out from the interior, you can see the beauty of the outside, and the house is designed so that the view of the outside world naturally blends into the rooms. The terrace and connecting porch are designed to take full advantage of the surrounding environment, creating a harmonious dialogue with the canal and Taipingqiao Park. This design allows people to feel the beauty of the natural environment both indoors and out, while making the house look more modern and stylish.
The underground space is an important part of modern luxury homes, which can be used as a private space to provide owners with undisturbed leisure and entertainment. In this space, owners can store their precious collections, such as artworks and collectibles, which are not only an accumulation of material wealth, but also a reflection of their taste and lifestyle.
In addition, the ground floor space includes a lounge, gallery, gym, audio-visual room, sauna and other recreational spaces. These facilities provide owners with a wealth of entertainment and fitness options, as well as meeting their needs for socializing and entertaining at home. All in all, the underground space adds a touch of luxury and comfort to the luxury residence living experience, creating a private world of leisure and entertainment for the owners.
