Fresh to Home

To ensure the food safety of tens of thousands of teachers and students under Hailiang Education Group, Hailiang Group announced its entry into modern agriculture in 2011, establishing dedicated production farms. In 2012, Hailiang Group launched the Mingkanghui fresh agricultural products brand, creating a full ecological industrial chain. This initiative earned them the "China Food Health Seven Star Award" and positioned them as a primary fresh produce supplier for the Hangzhou G20 International Summit.

The "Ecological Agriculture" exhibit unit uses holographic video to showcase the complete journey of food from farm to table, fully presenting the entire lifecycle fresh supply chain of Mingkanghui. Three LED displays provide detailed content on related themes, allowing visitors to experience Mingkanghui’s intelligent management and advanced technology within a digital world. On one side of the screens, a miniature farm with realistic animal models recreates the agricultural production environment.
