Hailiang New Energy Materials Corporate Exhibition Hall is an important exhibition center of the Fortune 500 Hailiang Group in Gansu Province, aiming to show the audience the development of the company in the field of new energy materials represented by copper. The exhibition design is inspired by the energy conduction of copper foil, and the "infinite loop" of energy is used as the concept of exhibition planning and space design.
The exhibition hall was divided into two areas: Hailiang Excellence and New Materials for Benchmarking. The first exhibition area starts with the visual memory point of the copper foil device floating in the air. It introduces the characteristics of Hailiang Group, the joint-stock company, and the Lanzhou industry through screens and interactive devices. Corresponding to the first exhibition area is a circle of infinite symbols on the ceiling, whose form rises from the ground, intersects with the ceiling of the exhibition wall through the circle, and finally falls on the digital sand table area of the Lanzhou factory and uses it as a node to enter the second exhibition area of the new material of the creation of the benchmark. The Infinity Ring is not only a concept but also forms a spatial sequence of circular flow.
The second exhibition area, with new materials as the display theme, presents copper foil products and their multi-dimensional applications through transparent screens, physical equipment models, and light-guiding glass product showcases. The new material base and the research institute are presented by means of digital twin 3D interaction. Since copper foil is difficult to use as a durable decorative surface material, the design adopts copper material with similar texture and effect as the main material throughout the space to reflect its material touch and create a space atmosphere with a sense of technology.
