Hanayin International Innovation Center is located in the core area of Smart Net Valley Town in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and is the new headquarters building designed by LYCS Architecture for Hanayin Group. Hanayin is an original imported skincare brand that follows the development route of global manufacturing and global marketing. Its brand core is technology and uniqueness, advocating different beauty as beautiful. The building is located in the surrounding area is forming the effect of innovation and research center, the cluster of offices brings huge development potential for the surrounding business, the advantage also brings challenges, how to make Hana-India International Innovation Center stand out among the surrounding office clusters became the biggest challenge faced at the beginning of the design.
The design of the facade is inspired by the "cascading necklaces" of women's jewelry, refining the elements of "cascading" and "soft lines" and the interlocking glass and aluminum panels of the main body of the building, combining reality with reality. The fourth and ninth floors of the building are reduced in shape to create a sense of extension from the bottom up, and the aluminum panels form a staggered curve between the floors. The second-floor corridor connects the main building and the supporting building, and the overall vertical lines are supplemented by horizontal lines, echoing the curves between the floors. The façade is extremely simple, with local curved elements, just like the cascading necklaces draped around women's necks, forming a dynamic shape and an incredible visual impact, creating a "different beauty" unique to Hanayin Group.
