JINCHANGQIYA, committed to becoming a "real estate leader with scene power," is a rising star in the Chinese real estate and investment fields. JINCHANGQIYA Headquarters, designed by LYCS Architecture, is located on the 25th floor of the Zhonghai Huanyu office building on the banks of the Qiantang River, with a 360 ° open landscape view overlooking a river and three cities. The new headquarters' location embodies the company's mission as a city developer. How to fill the indoor space with urban skyline and Qiantang River scenery is the key to the design of JINCHANGQIYA Headquarters.

Vision of Infinite River View

The design outlines the natural freehand brushwork and urban scenery from various spatial angles into a limited space, forming urban frames of different scales and landscapes, making indoor offices full of humanistic sentiment and natural elegance. When cities and river landscapes, as well as humans and nature, converse in space, the decoration of the indoor space surrounds the scenery outside the window, conveying the corporate vision of "temperature, beauty, and practicality."

Multi-style office experience

The open office area comprises warm wood-colored grilles and a combination of plant landscapes. The orderly grid-shaped ceiling and light-colored soft furnishings create an efficient and vibrant office atmosphere. The soft seat separates office and leisure functions, creating a warm, comfortable, flexible, and natural atmosphere that allows employees to feel at home.

Warm Hospitality

The design of the independent office area located on the north side is based on a simple, modern, and Eastern Zen atmosphere, with a combination of beige and black as the overall tone. The design of large indoor wooden finishes and geometric lines is defined as an elegant contrast to a warm and belonging atmosphere, reflecting the poetic charm of a scroll-style "urban landscape" painting on the outside of the window.
