Novel Park G Residence is located in the heart of Shenzhen's Nanshan District, with a GFA of 52,000 square meters and hotel operations and property management services provided by GCP Hospitality, a world-renowned wine management company. The project won professional awards such as 2017 Best Serviced Apartment Award organized by Metropolitan Magazine, 2018 Hotel Awards Best Fashion Hotel and Best City Brand Hotel, and ranked No. 1 on TripAdvisor.
The essence of serviced apartments is the collision of hotel-style property services and medium- and long-term living needs, combining the convenience of hotel services and the private feeling of an apartment and the warmth and comfort of family life.

The architectural design style of Yongxin Times Square includes the mainstream design style of European neoclassical, on which the design has been elegantly simplified in an attempt to express a more natural, more time-sensitive and more humanistic atmosphere. The project strives for simplicity in interior design, emphasizing an open and warm home atmosphere. Walls and roofs do not have a hint of fancy shapes, nor cumbersome patterns, all interior decoration to meet the functional needs of the most important prerequisite, and then cut out all the flashy and insubstantial things.
In the interior design, we tried to emphasize the experience with a family atmosphere. Regarding spatial proportions, color scheme, and furniture selection, we customize the design for each space from the perspective of the "head of the family." We make the guest room a bedroom, the dining room a kitchen, and the lobby a living room for the residents.

The furnishing design of the overall space with soft beige as the main color, supplemented by orange and white as the accent of the multi-color lining. The organic cooperation of various colors set up a warm and lively space atmosphere. The materials used are linen, warm yellow wood, and transparent glass to achieve a warm and quiet touch, making travelers feel at home.
