Shanghai Qibao China Resources Park is in the Hongqiao Business District of Shanghai. The Qibao Ecological Business District, covering an area of 615.75 acres, is one of the modern service industry clusters prioritized in Shanghai's 12th Five-Year Plan. It will be developed into an international ecological business office park featuring a cultural and creative industries sector. Modern offices reduce the influence of natural light cycles, allowing people to work tirelessly, spending entire days in the office without awareness of the day turning into night. So, how do we tailor office products specifically for cultural and creative enterprises? The design proposes the creation of an "ecological enterprise living room in the park" style office space that interacts with nature, incorporating rooftop gardens and terraces to bring the outdoors inside.
At the product design level, the architectural product types for the sales and office sections are first subdivided, creating detached, semi-detached, and row-type architectural forms through stretching and misalignment of masses to meet customer demands. For semi-detached units, there is not only a landscape but also the privacy of a separate entrance; for self-owned office buildings, through a combination of spacious interiors, durable facades, and ecological technologies, the office remains cutting-edge for 20 years while incorporating smart technology details.
