Tonglu Wisdom Valley is situated at the heart of the Tonglu riverfront area. It has a prime location facing the Fuchun River to the south and the old city of Fuyang to the north. The valley also boasts a stunning view of the mountains on the north bank and the winding river. It is the central block of the "new riverfront area," which the government prioritizes for development. The surrounding area is mainly a factory park and residential area, with schools and commercial facilities, Rich in land types and diverse people, making it a rare piece of treasure. The owner hopes to make this area a new industrial land product for 3C enterprise users and support residential, living and commercial services so that it becomes a new office commercial focus in Tonglu.
This project offers a variety of residential, office, and production spaces, including model areas, street-level single-family houses, handshake duplexes, and high-rise buildings. The design team carefully considered the characteristics of the surrounding environment, such as street width and sight distance, when creating the buildings along the street and the duplexes. Each building has been customized to ensure privacy and flexibility. In contrast, considering conditions like wind speed and geology, high-rise buildings have been designed with safety and comfort in mind. The team has also focused on combining function and aesthetics to reflect the building's brand image and create a unique visitor experience. Ultimately, the goal is to redefine the composite business consumption scene and create an industrial park with a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
