As a well-known clothing enterprise in China, Riguan Clothing Corporate owns famous children's clothing and sports brands such as Dave & Bella and Swift. The project is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, covering an area of approximately 93,300 square meters and was originally an old factory industrial park. The renovated park will have warehousing and logistics as its main function, with office and apartment formats as auxiliary functions. The project is adjacent to the airport expressway, which is highly indicative. Therefore, in addition to completing the improvement of functional efficiency, it is an important challenge for this project to increase the landmark of the project and enhance the corporate brand value through design.
Returning to the origin of clothes. The design takes the swaying satin form as inspiration. On the two sides facing the highway and the city's main road, the wave-like facade design forms a unique urban interface with corporate cultural attributes. This rhythmic interface will leave a deep visual impression on cars and people passing by. On the side facing the campus, the vertical and horizontal texture panels on a smaller scale are combined. A semi-outdoor corridor with vertical space is added between the two main plants to form a delicate but lively factory space. Facing different interface scales, the design shows the brand's cultural value with different strategies.
